Order Cancellation
Each our lamp is handcrafted after your order is placed. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 3 hours of purchase. After this period, production may already have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has begun, except where required by law.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and include all original parts and packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return address.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend notifying us within 14 days of delivery and providing photos or videos of the issue.
Once confirmed, we may provide repair, replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund depending on the situation.
Handmade Variations
Our lamps are handcrafted using natural materials such as washi paper. Slight variations in texture, fibre pattern, colour, shape, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns for:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
